First, to order, choose a fly and determine the quanity if there is a choice, then use the drop down size list to select a size, and then click on the buy button to fill in the order form. One order at the dozen price equals 12 flies. This will send you to the order form page where you confirm the number in your order, 1, 4, 12, or 24, depending on your choice. Note, we guarantee the quality of our flies. Contact us about returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned unused. Otherwise, no questions. See our customer comment page for those who have endorsed us.
Second, expect first class US mail with delivery in a few days depending on how close you are to our shipping point. Call if you need something faster. Overnight UPS may be arranged. Again, call to confirm.
Third, order pages are on a secure server. We will contact you via e-mail before we process your credit card if there are any questions. Make sure you include your email address and phone number on the order form. From time to time questions do come up on an order and it speeds things up if we have a way to contact you.
